Very Good
Evening menu disappointing as no details of dishes that could be made gf or vegetarian. It is not acceptable just to tell us to talk to our server - by that stage we have committed to a booking and not gone elsewhere!

Very central. Comfortable
Not into sports, bar was very noisy as there was a match on. Television each end of the bar so hard to have a chat. Ended up sitting in reception but that wasn't very pleasant. Also hairdryer in room 120 only blows cold air, needs to be replaced.

Great location and bedroom fab even though it facing back of hotel...it looked like we looking at a woodlands! Lovely experience all round

Will try the facilities next time.
Staff was nice and polite, however the hotel is complex and not that easy to get around if you are not familiar. Breakfast was nice with some continental choices so enjoyed. Luckily we were at the restaurant before bigger crowd arrived so was not that noisy.
We have requested 2 separate beds and the room was not ready with that preference. The staff member who came to fix that did not say anything when he finished and just disappeared.
