Will try the facilities next time.

Staff was nice and polite, however the hotel is complex and not that easy to get around if you are not familiar. Breakfast was nice with some continental choices so enjoyed. Luckily we were at the restaurant before bigger crowd arrived so was not that noisy.

We have requested 2 separate beds and the room was not ready with that preference. The staff member who came to fix that did not say anything when he finished and just disappeared.

Very Good

Lovely staff very friendly especially in the restaurant at breakfast

Hallway was very dim, don’t understand why there are not windows as no overlooking issue, makes the halllway feel very closed in and not pleasant. Unpleasant smell in the hallway in level 4, smelt like cooking oil?

The hotel is lovely, more signage on how to get to the room would be better.

I would.of preferred the staff member not call out my room number and how to get there in front of other guests, as a safety precaution!

Great location with a friendly welcome

Nice location, reception staff very friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Free underground parking. Close to the town centre

Dinner possibilities. You could eat in the bar but to be honest it smelt of fried food.

We were given a room with disabled bathroom - would really have preferred usual bathroom. No shelving or table to hold makeup bag. Breakfast was okay

Lovely hotel with very clean and well equipped rooms. Staff were friendly and the room was nice and warm. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the coffee was nice and strong swimming pool was good. The changing room could be a bit warmer, but overall it was nice experience.

the beds were rather uncomfortable, to small,narrow soft ,the staff very pleasant and helpful ,the bar food could have been lot better,staff very nice ,the heating was not good in bar ,it was very cold ,an extra warm lounge to sit in would have been nice ,I would go back as we did enjoy our stay and bantry is lovely little town an people very nice,the breakfast was very fresh and one couldn't fault it ,the nice staff make for lot of extra points here ,merry xmas

Have stayed in3 stars with exceptionally higher standard!

Staff were very welcoming and friendly and professional.

We had 2 single divans and matresses joined together as a bed. For a 4 star hotel this is low standards..we were also put in a interlinking room and the guests next door kept trying to open the joining door. I didnt really have a problem with this but i felt a little uneasy. Decor is dated! It doesnt reflect the beautiful setting ye have. Beds were terribly uncomfortable with flat pillows and thin duvet. Cleanliness in room was ok. But again for 4 star it should be higher. I used the leisure centre, pool is nice and clean. Towels provided are like paper. Small things like what i have mentioned can really make huge differences.

Good if you get a deal. Wasn't worth the money we paid..

Rooms very good size, maids very polite and kept room spotless. Breakfast had great variation. Plenty of car parking spaces.

Pool area was a little dirty. No staff on the reception desk, sauna wasn't very hot and steam room door is too high uo off ground which means steam escapes. Bar food was very poor.

Our stay in Bantry was amazing & the Maritime made it even more special!

All of the staff were super friendly. Our suite was amazing. Breakfast was delicious! Bantry Bay is a beautiful & friendly place! I would definetly come back!!

The staff were very friendly & professional with their duties nothing was a problem to them

We didn’t like the room we booked it was dark & without a view but I asked to move & again we were accommodated the next day we were so pleased & grateful, I was more than surprised & disappointed to hear this hotel only served Guinness products in the bar and didn’t have Coors Light , which left us with no choice for our 3 night stay to go elsewhere for drinks

EXCELLENT ROOM FOOD STAFF AND COMPANY AND A GREAT WEDDING WHAT MORE COULD A PERSON ASK FOR.

Just a lovely hotel. Would have loved to experience more of hotel but at wedding in Bantry house until 3/3.30am. My husband didn’t go to bed until 5.30

Thought I had booked b/b until I rang hotel and found out no breakfast included but manager up dated me. So I was very happy again

1. Had to take 2 lifts and walk the entire length of 2 long corridors to get to the room from reception and vica versa. 2. Hotel has seen better days 3. Seemed very impersonal, perhaps because used for large groups
